Davyhulme Road East is your typical suburban through road. For most of its length, it had two lanes, but widens to five lanes at the A56 / Chester Road end. Most of the road is residential, with a shopping parade at one end and two primary schools Victoria Park Junior School and St Ann’s R.C. Primary School. It’s been a while since there’s been an update on the progress of the Metrolink Trafford Park Line (TPL). 2017 saw us back in Duinrell for what was our seventh visit. I’ve covered Wassenaarse Slag previously in a post from 2015, though that was the route from The Hague.
