Trafford Civic Quarter Masterplan

Well, what a difference a year makes. This time in 2017 we were in the middle of the highly divisive UA92 and Refreshed Stretford Masterplan consultation. Since then, the 2018 local elections brought a change of executive at Trafford Council, plans for Turn Moss were scrapped and we’ve started to see a different approach from the council in regards to development in Stretford.

A tale of two masterplans

As I’ve covered in some recent posts, Trafford Council have published a refreshed masterplan for Stretford, based predominantly around the UA92 proposals. They’ve been consulting residents about these proposals, having hosted a number of sessions with locals.
