While we were staying in The Hague, we had friends staying at Duinrell for the week. Given it was a nice day, we decided to head on over to the beach, and as we were equipped with bikes, we headed to Wassenaarse Slag, which is about 4km from Duinrell and about 14km from where we were staying in The Hague.

Netherlands 15: Around The Hague

This was our seventh trip to the Netherlands as a family, we’ve been there a number of times before kids too. Previously, we’ve stayed with friends in Amsterdam, camped in a number of the large European style campsites and Duinrell. This was our first time staying in The Hague, where we chose to spend the first five days of our trip.

Review: FollowMe Tandem (Updated)

Since my eldest was able to ride his first pedal bike (Islabikes Cnoc 14), we’ve been using a Trail-Gator to attach his bikes to ours. For the most part, the Trail-Gator served its purpose and was reasonably cheap to buy.
